About CVA
Service after service.
Caring Veterans of America is a veteran-focused community organization built around a simple principle: when a veteran needs help, somebody should be willing to answer.
Who We Are
Caring Veterans of America brings veterans together through fellowship, community service, advocacy, resource connections, and direct assistance.
Our members understand that veterans can encounter challenges long after military service ends. Sometimes the problem is transportation. Sometimes it is housing, utilities, medical care, navigating VA services, or simply not knowing which organization to call.
Our purpose is to help close that gap.
Our Mission
To support veterans and their families through fellowship, direct assistance, community partnerships, resource navigation, and continued service.
What That Looks Like
Our work can take many forms depending on what a veteran needs. Members may help connect someone with veteran services, arrange transportation to an appointment, identify community assistance, provide emergency support, participate in veteran Stand Downs, or simply help someone work through the next step.
CVA also creates opportunities for veterans to continue serving their community alongside people who understand their experiences.
Community Partnerships
We believe veteran assistance works best when organizations work together. Caring Veterans of America seeks productive relationships with veteran service organizations, local nonprofits, healthcare providers, government agencies, businesses, volunteers, and community groups.
No single organization can solve every problem. A strong network can solve far more.
Leadership
Caring Veterans of America is led by veterans and community members committed to supporting the people who served our country.
